The PGT wet film applicator is precision made and easy to use, capable of coating films of uniform thickness for easy observation and testing. Its reliability makes it a standard for experimentation and quality control. The double-sided applicator is made of chrome plated steel or hard 440-C stainless steel. The 8-sided applicator is made of hard 440-C stainless steel. The bird shaped applicator is engraved with a value of 1/2 of the actual gap size, while all other applicators are engraved with gap size values. The wet film thickness is 40% to 80% of the gap size.

Double sided coating machine (Figure a&b)

The double-sided coating machine has two types of coating gap sizes, including gap size and other parameters. For example, "4610 stainless" refers to a gap width of 4 inches, gap sizes of 6mil and 10mm, and made of stainless steel.

The bird shaped coating has a gap, making it easy to clean and very durable. The PGT bird shaped applicator is made of hard 440-C stainless steel and comes with a certificate. The bird shaped applicator is engraved with a numerical value, which is half of the gap size.

Cube type applicator (e)

The 1-inch cubic applicator is convenient and easy to use, and can be made into a single-sided or double-sided applicator.
